Breast Cancer - This disease remains the number two cause of cancer deaths among American Women, though fortunately thru better forms of detection, patient awareness and treatments this number has been reduced by over 35% over the last 20 years. As a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and a Participant in the National Mastery of Breast Surgery Program, I have made it a point to stay current and up to date with the latest in Surgical and adjuvant treatment options in Breast Cancer Therapy. Some of the most important tools I employ in evaluation and treatment for my breast cancer patients include:

  • In office minimally invasive Ultrasound Guided Diagnosis for Breast Cancer
  • Breast Conservation therapy for pre-invasive and invasive cancer when indicated to allow the best state of the art treatment while maintaining excellent cosmetic result
  • Complete training and use of Partial Breast Irradiation Catheters (PBI) to be used post operatively for 1 week as opposed to 6 weeks of radiation therapy when clinically indicated.
